Give up intoxication and pray.All tention will be gone.

Five times prayers without intoxication is enough to remove tension. Intoxication increases more tension. So I say avoid intoxication and accompany the prayers. Suppose you can't go anywhere without a car Or motorbikes.

Similarly, one cannot enter Paradise without prayers.
